Composition Policy
Purpose
To provide a guideline for the Committee responsible for nominations to ensure that the Directors on the Board of Directors of St. John's Rehab Hospital possess specific skillsets for the benefit of the work of St. John's Rehab. It is understood that the guideline may be revised from time to time to accommodate specific needs of the organization due to issues we face within the organization or due to changes in the external environment.
