Hospital Service Accountability Agreement (HSAA)
Each year, St. John's Rehab Hospital signs an HSAA with the Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) of the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care. The HSAA is a document that sets out the hospital's accountabilities to the LHINs, our patients and the health system. The HSAA requires the hospital to operate with a balanced budget, and to meet certain clinical utilization (patient care) targets. To view our HSAA, please see below.
