St. John's Rehab Hospital is proud of its reputation as an outstanding provider of rehabilitation care in a truly patient-centred environment. Our patients' many successes are a direct result of a team of health professionals who consistently exceed our patients expectations.
The hospital regularly surveys inpatients and outpatients to learn about their experience with us. We use the survey results to continually improve the patient experience. St. John's Rehab is also one of the first rehabilitation hospitals to use an outpatient satisfaction survey.
