Our Mission
We are recognized pioneers and champions in outpatient rehab, creating the road to recovery through compassion, innovation and collaboration.
Outpatient Program - Interdisciplinary teams provide rehabilitation to patients referred by acute care hospitals and physicians throughout Ontario for burns, strokes and neurological conditions, amputations, musculoskeletal conditions, organ transplants, oncology, and traumatic injuries.
Back on Track Specialty Program - For clients who have been involved in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents. We help patients progress towards their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, leisure, and social roles.
Community Rehab and Wellness - Alongside St. John's Rehab Hospital's patient care programs, we offer rehabilitation services and wellness clinics for patients and members of the community, such as acupuncture, chiropody, chiropractic, and massage therapy.
Electrical Injury Program - In Canada's only dedicated electrical injury rehabilitation program, our highly skilled interprofessional team work with patients and their families to offer customized comprehensive assessment and care to people who have been living with the adverse, often invisible, effects of electrical injuries.
Falls Prevention Program - Helping seniors reduce their risk of falls through education, home modifications (including in-home safety assessments) and exercise.
