Outpatient Rehab Programs
Ambulatory Care - Interdisciplinary teams provide rehabilitation to patients referred by acute care hospitals and physicians throughout Ontario for burns, strokes and neurological conditions, amputations, musculoskeletal conditions, organ transplants, oncology, and traumatic injuries.
Back on Track Specialty Rehabilitation - For clients who have been involved in traumatic motor vehicle and work-related accidents. We help patients progress towards their pre-accident level of function in their work, activities of daily living, mobility, leisure, and social roles.
Community Wellness Clinics - Alongside St. John's Rehab Hospital's expert rehabilitation services, patients and members of the community can benefit from our wellness clinics such as acupuncture, chiropody, chiropractic, and massage therapy.
Electrical Injury Program - In Canada's only dedicated electrical injury rehabilitation program, our highly skilled interprofessional team work with patients and their families to offer customized comprehensive assessment and care to people who have been living with the adverse, often invisible, effects of electrical injuries.
