Arthritis Aquatic Program
Join our 8-week
warm water program held every Tuesday or Thursday from 3:30 - 4:15 p.m. or Tuesdays at 8:15 a.m. - 9 a.m. in
our outpatient rehabilitation area (Horsfall Eaton Wing). Participants must
have an arthritis-related disorder, be independently mobile and have
a physician's consent.
- Program cost - $100 plus parking
- Maximum of 8 per class
- Water temperature 33°-35° C (93°-95°F)
- Warm change and shower areas
- Pool access by stairs with railing

Please mail us or hand deliver the form along with a cheque for $100 as per the instructions in the form. Please note that we require all three forms and the payment in order to consider your application.
For hospital visits less than 15 minutes, parking is free. Your program fee must be received prior to the start of your program.
