Research Ethics Board

The research ethics board (REB) is responsible for the ethical assessment and approval of all research conducted by employees, students, and off-site researchers of St. John's Rehab Hospital. As guided by the principles of the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans, the REB is mandated to ensure the greatest scientific and ethical protection of patients and staff who act as research participants.
